Start free, and find out if AI fits.
Understand is the free way in. There are two things you can use on your own today to work out whether handing a job to AI makes sense before you spend anything.
Six multiple-choice questions, about two minutes. You get an answer straight away: a good fit, worth a real conversation, or not a fit right now. We only call if you ask us to.
Can we actually help with this?
Six multiple-choice questions about what you’re trying to do and where it stands. You get an answer straight away: a good fit, worth a real conversation, or not a fit right now. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose to follow up.
Write down the job before anyone builds it.
A one-page job description for an AI agent: what it does, who owns it, what it may touch, what it must never do, and how you’ll know it’s working. Fill it in online, download the PDF, or let your own AI interview you with our prompt. It’s yours to keep, and you don’t need to give us an email address.
If you’d like the thinking behind it, The bottleneck moved explains why this is the step that matters, and What it looks like to actually declare a role walks through one.
A plan on paper still needs checking.
A Role Card says what your agent should do. It can’t tell you what the agent can actually do once it’s running. The paid way in, the Agent Readiness Review, checks that for one agent or one workflow: $1,200 incl. GST, a written verdict, and a plain account of anything that needs fixing.
We don’t have unlimited capacity to take on work for everyone at once. The free tools are here so that nobody is shut out for being small or non-technical, and so you can decide for yourself whether paying for a review is worth it.
Two minutes, and no call unless you ask.
Not sure where to begin? Run the Scope Check first. It will point you to the Role Card, the review, or a conversation, depending on your answers.
